About the Role As an Application Engineer for Conveying Solutions in APAC, you will play a critical technical role in defining, analyzing, and optimizing conveyor belt solutions for complex industrial applications. This role interfaces between customers, sales teams, and global engineering to translate operating conditions and customer requirements into robust, data-driven conveyor solutions.

What You'll Do

• Define, analyze, and optimize conveyor belt solutions for APAC market across industrial applications.
• Translate operating conditions and customer requirements into robust, data-driven conveyor designs.
• Act as a key technical interface between customers, sales teams, and global engineering functions.
• Execute application engineering activities to support short- and long-term segment strategies, enabling profitable growth and technical differentiation in APAC.
• Support failure and performance analysis and interpret engineering standards to justify recommendations with data and engineering principles.
• Collaborate with intercultural and interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Engineering or Science, preferably Mechanical Engineering; Chemical or Materials Engineering also considered.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in application engineering, conveyor systems, bulk material handling, technical sales, project engineering, technical consulting, or R&D.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with analytical reasoning and basic project management experience in a regional or international environment.
• Preferred exposure to conveyor belt systems in mining, ports, power generation, cement, or heavy industrial applications.
• Analytical mindset with ability to structure complex problems and justify recommendations using data and engineering principles.
• Experience interpreting engineering standards, performing technical evaluations, or supporting failure and performance analysis.
• Experience working in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• APAC exposure is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Additional cross-cultural collaboration experience and ability to engage stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with large-scale, high-duty conveyor applications is a plus.
