About the Role Stratolaunch is seeking an Application Analyst with Costpoint experience to manage, configure, implement, and support our enterprise applications supporting flight operations, business, engineering and production teams. The role balances hands-on system administration with business-process optimization to align our digital tools with strategic needs. What You'll Do
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, security profiles, license compliance, and configurations.
- Lead or support the rollout of new software applications and major re-implementation or restructuring of existing systems.
- Evaluate processes, gather requirements, and translate operational needs into technical solutions within the application or migration to alternatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, diagnosing and resolving errors from daily usage to complex system bugs.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to plan, test, and implement software updates, patches, and feature enhancement rollouts.
- Create clear user guides, document technical system configurations, and deliver onboarding or continuous training to end-users. What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as an Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar hybrid technical-functional role.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting CostPoint.
- Proven track record of leading new implementation or re-implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of user provisioning, permissions and security profiles.
- Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting JIRA.
- Exposure to Aerospace manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com).
- Strong understanding of process and data relationships between ERP, MRO, MES, PDM, PLM.
- Experience in regulated environments compliant with ITAR, AS9100, ISO27001, NIST, FAR.
- Experience administering multiple enterprise on-premises business applications such as: ERP/Finance (Costpoint, Shop Floor Time, ADP); MES (Manufacturo, ION, Opcenter, Boltline, QT9, Epsilon3); MRO (Veryon, Trax, Ultramain, AMOS); PLM/PDM (Teamcenter); Collaboration & Tracking (SharePoint, Jira, Jama, Confluence). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000-$140,000 per year. Eligible for up to 10% annual bonus.
- 9/80 work schedule; healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs);
- 50% company match per contributed dollar into 401(k) up to $11,500;
- Tuition reimbursement.
- Travel expected 10%-15%.
