Location: Los Angeles, California in the Hollywood area (Hybrid: On-site Monday-Thursday, and can work remotely on Fridays)

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a creative and technically skilled Apparel Graphic Designer to support the product creation lifecycle across apparel, footwear, and accessories. This position focuses on translating design concepts into precise technical schematics for manufacturing partners while collaborating closely with the broader design team. The successful candidate will work on-site Monday through Thursday in the Hollywood area, with remote flexibility on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Create highly detailed and accurate graphic schematics for factory production teams across apparel, footwear, and accessories.

• Execute and iterate design ideas based on creative briefs provided by design leadership and the creative director.

• Develop comprehensive graphic layouts, including screen prints, photographic placements, and repeat patterns.

• Ensure all technical designs align with production capabilities while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the initial concept.

• Incorporate feedback from design leaders efficiently to meet fast-paced project timelines.

• Manage multiple design concepts simultaneously while maintaining meticulous organization of design files and specifications.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience within the apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industry.

• Advanced typography and illustration skills, extensive portfolio demonstrating design process (including inspiration, iterations, and final product creation), and deep knowledge of the lifestyle and modern consumer landscape.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment.

• Prior experience working within major global lifestyle or athletic brands.
