About the Role Join Luno's API team to help developers build applications and integrate payments using the Luno API. This role focuses on enabling access to features like real-time market data via WebSocket, multi-currency wallets, and secure transactions within a bank-grade infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain integrations with the Luno API to enable custom applications and payment workflows.
- Work with real-time market data via the WebSocket feed and data streams.
- Enable programmatic trading by developing bots and working with dynamic fee structures for high-volume trading.
- Integrate and use official Luno SDKs in Go, Python, and PHP.
- Ensure security of transactions and API access using multi-signature wallets, offline key storage, and custody integrations (Bitgo Custody and Fireblocks).
- Manage API key permissions, access controls, and data security in highly available environments.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to deliver scalable API solutions. What We're Looking For
- Experience building integrations against public APIs and developer-focused platforms.
- Proficiency with REST and WebSocket APIs, and an understanding of data streams.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or PHP and experience working with official SDKs.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts, wallets, multi-signature keys, and secure storage.
- Ability to operate in a security-conscious, enterprise-grade infrastructure. Nice to Have
- Experience with custody and security solutions (Bitgo, Fireblocks).
- Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI and API documentation tools.
- Experience serving enterprise clients and building scalable API products.
