Job title: APeX Application Analyst, Willow
About the Role The APeX Application Analyst serves as the primary support contact and is the subject-matter expert for the APeX application. Working under the direction of the Team Lead and/or Manager, they configure, build and install the application, and coordinate issues that arise during projects for their application area. The role involves analyzing workflows, understanding policies and procedures, and documenting operational specifications and application functionality to support clinical or business operations.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary support contact and expert for the APeX application, under the direction of the Team Lead/Manager.
- Configure, build, and install the application, and coordinate issues that arise during projects for the application area.
- Analyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the application.
- Investigate operational specifications and application functionality and document requirements with precision.
- Analyze new releases to determine how workflows should be modified; build and populate databases and tables during initial system configuration; conduct system testing and data validation.
- Develop and document internal procedures and establish change control processes for the application.
- Develop user training aids and train end users in workflow and use of the application.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to function as the primary support contact and expert for the APeX application with strong analytical and collaborative skills.
- Experience analyzing workflows, policies, and procedures of the clinical or business operations supported by an application.
- Proficiency in evaluating new releases to modify workflows, building databases during configuration, and performing system testing and data validation.
- Experience documenting internal procedures and change control processes, and developing training materials for end users.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with project teams and stakeholders.
