• APAC Supply Chain Intern - Your future position?

• Function: APAC Supply Chain

• Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8

• Job Responsibilities

• Support projects for Customer Care transformation

• Conduct data collection and data analysis across supply chain reports and insights

• Collaborate with the APAC Customer Care team to ensure effective decision making and timely updates

• Support to run the survey to understand the business scope

• Study on the As-Is model

• Prepare report, presentations and process documents

Requirements

• Educational background of any field of study

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint etc.

• High interest in supply chain areas, especially on the customer service improvement

• Good data analysis skills

• Good communication skills
