About the role

The APAC Client Solutions Assistant Manager (Bid/Pursuits) plays a critical role in supporting our growth across the APAC Advisory business. You will contribute to winning new business and retaining existing client accounts by developing creative, customized proposals, pricing models, and client-facing materials. This position involves close collaboration with internal subject matter experts and leadership to deliver high-quality, impactful pursuit documentation for regional and global clients.

What you'll do

• Support regional and global pursuits through solution development, commercial analysis, and stakeholder coordination.

• Deliver high-quality bid and sales marketing documentation within tight deadlines.

• Assist in the development of complex commercial and pricing proposals.

• Coordinate with international, multi-disciplinary teams to respond to requests for proposals.

• Conduct comprehensive client research to inform pursuit strategy and engagement.

• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to create customized, persuasive content.

• Maintain and update sales and marketing collateral to reflect current CBRE service offerings.

• Identify and support the implementation of process improvements within the sales and pursuit workflow.

• What you'll need

• A Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate industry, with exposure to business development or bid management preferred.

• High standard of written and verbal English communication.

• Strong writing and presentation skills with an excellent eye for detail.

• Solid numerical and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a demonstrated willingness to take ownership of assigned projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
