Pay rate: $ 18-22/hr.

Must Haves:

• Excel ( v lookups, filters and sort tables)
• Ability to work independently
• Focus to perform repetitive tasks

Plus:

• Familiarity with Concur
• Exposure to a financial system/ ERP system
• Accounts payable and/or expense reporting exposure

Job Summary

Part of an AP team which has a total of 10 people, including the AP Manager and Associate Director. This individual will be processing and reviewing employee expense reports in Concur, including receipt verification, coding to appropriate cost centers, and policy compliance checks. He/she will also resolve submission issues by communicating with employees about missing documentation or policy questions.

There are a high volume of expense reports and they use SAP Concur for expense reporting. Need a basic understanding of computers as they will be using both Excel ( will be referring to various reference sheets in Excel) and be exposed to their financial system. This is a role with a lot of repetition....a sort of rinse and repeat type of position.
