About the Role Awe-inspiring Next Talent of Zurich (ANT’Z) Program is a development program targeted for fresh graduates to have access towards career development in Zurich Entity. The program offers various comprehensive development activities designed to prepare them to be future leaders in the insurance industry. What You'll Do
- Participate in the ANT’Z development activities and track progress as part of your early-career development.
- Engage in organization or committee work to gain hands-on leadership experience.
- Prepare for global exposure and be ready for challenges.
- Be willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia and across Zurich's entities. What We're Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3.25 GPA, in any discipline from a highly reputable university.
