Perkins Coie is seeking a midlevel Antitrust & Competition Associate to join its team in the Seattle, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Chicago, or Washington, DC offices. The firm emphasizes collaboration, client service, and mutual respect. The role focuses on antitrust litigation and counseling work for a leading multinational practice.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to antitrust litigation and counseling matters across client matters and investigations.
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on strategy, discovery, and client communications.
- Participate in High-Profile antitrust matters including potential HSR counseling and Second Request investigations (experience preferred).
What We're Looking For
- JD from a top-tier law school; 3-5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or the Antitrust Division of the DOJ or FTC.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Judicial clerkship experience and/or HSR counseling and Second Request investigation experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $260,000 to $365,000 annually.
