About the Role Be part of Northern Trust’s AML Centre of Excellence in Limerick. The Ireland Investor AML Onboarding team verifies investors before account openings and gathers initial due diligence to support onboarding, while the Ireland Investor AML Ongoing Monitoring team carries out overnight screening, transaction monitoring, and periodic reviews to keep due diligence up to date. The role involves working on large-scale AML monitoring projects across EMEA and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver a robust AML onboarding and ongoing monitoring service.
What You'll Do
- Participate in large-scale AML onboarding and ongoing monitoring projects across EMEA.
- Conduct AML verification on investors prior to account opening; compile initial due diligence documentation.
- Perform ongoing monitoring activities including overnight screening of investors and related parties, transaction monitoring, and periodic reviews.
- Monitor triggers requiring documentation refresh due to changes in investor circumstances.
- Build and maintain relationships with Northern Trust Transfer Agency and Client Services across EMEA to deliver robust services.
- Assist with the strategic rollout of projects and ensure execution to the highest AML standards.
