About the Role We are seeking a writer/advocate to articulate and defend pro-life arguments, addressing common pro-choice positions and presenting clear, respectful counterpoints. The role involves researching, drafting, and refining materials to explain why abortion arguments do not persuade, and to provide supportive alternatives.
What You'll Do
- Research and respond to common abortion arguments (Choice, Bodily autonomy, Tough circumstances, Rape, Adverse diagnoses, Saving the mother, Imposing a view, Forcing religion, Danger of illegal abortion, Punishing women, Gender equality, Men and abortion) and craft clear, persuasive explanations aligned with pro-life perspectives.
- Translate complex ethical debates into accessible content for public audiences.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure messaging is consistent and up-to-date.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication and research abilities.
- Ability to present thoughtful, civil arguments on sensitive topics.
- Familiarity with abortion debates and related ethics; capacity to summarize counterpoints clearly.
