Atender e servir o cliente no café da manhã / bar / restaurante / loja de conveniência, conforme o estilo da marca de atuação. Estimular as vendas, garantindo a qualidade dos produtos oferecidos, de acordo com as práticas essenciais da área. Controlar e repor estoques. Apoiar na limpeza, conservação e manutenção do restaurante/bar, incluindo acessórios utilizados pelos clientes.
