About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking an Anesthesiologist for the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. The role focuses on evaluating, monitoring, and supervising patient care before, during, and after surgery, delivering anesthesia, and leading the Anesthesia Care Team to ensure the highest level of patient safety. Our multidisciplinary department serves patients of all ages across a wide range of surgical subspecialties and clinical sites. What You'll Do
- Evaluate, monitor, and supervise patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Deliver anesthesia and lead the Anesthesia Care Team to ensure optimal patient safety
- Participate in weekend, weekday, and holiday call
- Engage in clinical supervision/education of the house staff and medical students as assigned
