About the Role
Join Mass General Brigham as an Anesthesiologist at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH to provide high-quality anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties in a collaborative, patient-centered perioperative environment. What You'll Do

Independently administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.

Supervise CRNAs.

Preoperative optimization in collaboration with our Surgical Optimization Center.

Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.

Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans based on patient needs.

Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive perioperative care.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Completion of a four-year Anesthesiology residency program.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology; new graduates are welcome to apply.

New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Strong skills in regional and obstetrical anesthesia are preferred.

Willingness to work in a team and participate in call schedule.

Salary range: $420,000–$460,000 annually.
