About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking an experienced Android Developer to design, build, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java, leveraging the Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern architecture patterns to deliver scalable and pixel-perfect user experiences. This role requires 5–7 years of hands-on Android development experience and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, Agile environment. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Utilize Android SDK and architecture components such as ViewModel, LiveData, Room, and Navigation to build scalable and maintainable apps.
- Implement modern UI components, layouts, and animations to create intuitive user experiences.
- Apply architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, and MVI.
- Work with REST APIs, JSON, and mobile networking to integrate backend services.
- Write unit and UI tests with JUnit, Espresso, or related frameworks to ensure code quality.
- Manage Play Store submission, versioning, and release management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and communicate effectively. What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of hands-on Android application development.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Android architecture best practices.
- Experience implementing architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or MVI.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and mobile networking.
- Familiarity with modern UI/UX principles and ability to implement pixel-perfect designs.
- Proficiency with development tools such as Git, Gradle, and Android Studio.
- Experience with unit testing and UI testing using JUnit, Espresso, or related frameworks.
- Knowledge of Play Store submission, versioning, and release management processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
