About the Role As an Android App Developer with Accenture Flex, you will design, code, and enhance components of a mobile application, using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable solutions tailored to client needs. You will be a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and help drive key technical decisions. This hybrid role requires 3 days/week onsite in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. What You'll Do
- Develop solutions to design, code, and enhance components across a mobile application
- Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to client needs
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
- Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
- Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and share knowledge
- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance software development processes
- Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of Android mobile software development experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building mobile apps using at least one mobile language (Kotlin, Java, etc.)
- HS Diploma/GED
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Nice to Have
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly range: $44.00 to $54.00 (varies by location)
