About the Role The Ancillary Team Member plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience while driving additional revenue opportunities across the venue. This position supports premium offerings, merchandise, upgrades, and other value-add programs that elevate the fan journey from arrival to encore.
What You'll Do
- Engage guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Promote and execute ancillary programs (upgrades, add-ons, premium experiences, etc.)
- Support merchandising or specialty sales areas as assigned
- Assist with set-up, inventory tracking, and end-of-night reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with box office, guest services, and operations teams
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability on nights on both weekdays and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Confident, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable handling transactions and cash procedures
- Positive energy and team-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced live event environment
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in various types of weather conditions
