Job title: Ancillary (Lawn Chair) Supervisor - Shoreline Amphitheatre (Seasonal 2026)
Shoreline Amphitheatre is seeking an Ancillary (Lawn Chair) Supervisor to supervise the Lawn Chair Crew on show days, ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, and proper inventory management of lawn chairs. This role works closely with the Ancillary Manager and may assist with broader ancillary operations as needed in a fast-paced event environment.
Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the Lawn Chair Crew during show days, providing excellent customer service by answering guest questions and resolving minor issues promptly, and overseeing the distribution, collection, and organization of lawn chairs. Additional assistance with broader ancillary operations may be required.
Candidates should be detail-oriented and organized with strong leadership and coordination abilities. A passion for the event environment, motivation, and a proactive approach to customer service are essential.
