Job title: ANAPLAN Model Builder

About the Role The Model Builder will design, build, and deliver Anaplan-based solutions to implement business processes for ICRC units/clients. This role collaborates with the Anaplan Model Architect, technical teams, business owners, and consultants to deploy scalable Anaplan models across the organization in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and build Anaplan application models to support business processes from the model blueprint.
• Build and develop Anaplan modules and lists; configure dashboards, actions, and other model settings.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into Anaplan features; gather and refine requirements from business users.
• Write high-quality source code to deliver applications within deadlines; perform unit and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and monitor data flows from source systems to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processes; create technical documents and handbooks.
• Collaborate with the Model Architect and cross-functional teams; participate in project engagements and ensure successful delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience using Anaplan.
• 3+ years of financial analysis/modeling experience.
• Strong experience with multi-dimensional modeling and data integration; solid relational database theory knowledge.
• Expert Excel modeling skills (macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
• Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards per business requirements.
• Subject matter expertise in operations, financial management systems, or logistics planning.
• Ability to translate from Excel to multi-dimensional technologies.
• Strong client-facing skills and engagement management; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in participating or leading projects; Business Analysis experience is an asset.
• Certifications: Project Management Certification (Agile or V methodology) an asset; Business Analyst certification an asset.
• Open to working in Makati City; Manila MSC location.
