About the Role We are seeking an experienced Anaplan professional to lead production support, operational stability, and ongoing optimization of enterprise Anaplan planning solutions supporting Demand and Supply Planning initiatives. This role focuses on reliability, performance, and governance in a global production environment, with on-site work in Hyderabad.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 production support for enterprise Anaplan models.
- Own end-to-end monitoring of model performance, scheduled imports/exports, integration processes, workflow executions, and data synchronization jobs.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues and resolve incidents within defined SLAs; support critical planning cycles with heightened monitoring.
- Manage user access, security roles, workspace administration, and coordinate with ERP, BI and data engineering teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
- Support production deployments, change migrations, and post-release validations; maintain runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting docs.
- Participate in rotational shift coverage and drive problem management to eliminate recurring defects.
- Optimize model performance and governance: improve size, sparsity, and calculation efficiency; apply best practices; manage naming conventions and version control.
- Support data integration & interfaces: monitor integrations with ERP/CRM/BI, troubleshoot via Anaplan APIs, and reconcile with source systems; ensure data governance.
- Assist in enhancements and model development for minor changes and new feature enablement; support UAT and regression testing; collaborate with architects.
- Serve as primary technical escalation point; mentor junior model builders; support training and Agile ceremonies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of Anaplan experience including hands-on model building in complex supply chain environments.
- Proven experience implementing Anaplan for Demand Planning or Supply Chain Planning; deep understanding of Anaplan formulas, functions, optimization techniques, and access controls.
- Anaplan L3 certification / Solution Architect; Master Anaplanner highly preferred; knowledge of Admin, Polaris, Workflow, Anaplan Data Orchestrator is a plus.
- Strong grasp of planning processes such as forecasting, demand shaping, and S&OP; experience with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Informatica) is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Master Anaplanner preferred; advanced administration knowledge; experience with large-scale planning environments.
