Krátky popis pozície
Hľadáme skúseného Industrial Engineera so zameraním na logistické procesy, plánovanie kapacít a MTM metodiku. Pozícia bude podporovať nábehy nových produktov, navrhovať efektívne logistické procesy a vytvárať podklady pre rozhodovanie o personálnych a technických kapacitách. Lastenheft explicitne požaduje skúsenosti s logistickým MTM.
Hlavné zodpovednosti
- tvorba Materialflusstabellen,
- MTM a časové štúdie logistických procesov,
- výpočty personálnych potrieb,
- realizácia 3P workshopov,
- tvorba Sankey analýz,
- návrh logistických layoutov,
- optimalizácia procesov a pracovísk,
- príprava kapacitných a investičných podkladov,
- podpora produktových nábehov a zmien výroby.
Požadované kvalifikácie
