Job Title: Analytics Sr Analyst
A Sr. Data Analyst on PepsiCo’s Data Analytics & AI team is responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support business decisions, process improvement, and data-driven strategy. The role typically sits in the BI & Reporting Automation or broader Data Analytics & AI space, depending on the team’s focus. Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from large and small databases using SQL and related tools.
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights for cross-functional partners.
- Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Support data prep for advanced analytics and capability projects.
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements and clear recommendations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $104,100 - $174,300.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

3–4+ years of experience in data analytics.

Strong SQL and relational database skills.

Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and possibly Tableau, R, or Python.

Ability to handle large datasets, do data cleansing, and explain technical findings clearly.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
