About the Role
As the Field Analytics and Reporting Associate Director, you will be responsible for supporting all field analytics to support the current and upcoming product launches for Vertex. This role reports to the Director of Field Analytics in North America IACO (Insights Analytics & Commercial Operations). The role will support strategy, design, roadmap planning, delivery, and adoption of analytics across all field roles within the Strategic Customer Engagement Team including Field Account Managers, Regional/Area Managers, and other field roles.
What You'll Do
- Support all field analytics to enable successful execution of Vertex's current and upcoming product launches.
- Collaborate with the Director of Field Analytics in North America IACO to align on strategy, design, roadmap planning, delivery, and adoption of analytics.
- Deliver analytics across all field roles within the Strategic Customer Engagement Team including Field Account Managers, Regional/Area Managers, and other field roles.
