About the Role
Analytics Manager in Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) in Milan. You will lead the Analytics Team, specializing in risk modelling to support strategic business decisions, risk quantification, and risk management programs for clients, with opportunities to shape the portfolio of risk services and drive commercial strategies. What You'll Do

Lead the Analytics Team responsible for risk modelling, scenario quantification, and statistical/actuarial analyses to support strategic business decisions.

Consolidate the portfolio of services offered by the function and define internal and external commercial strategies to achieve objectives.

Propose and develop innovative projects in risk management and decision support, leveraging prior experience to deliver client value. What We're Looking For
-
Professional experience of at least 7 years, including at least 3 in leadership roles similar to the applied role, preferably in consulting, insurance, or finance.

Degree in Economics / Actuarial Science / Statistics / Mathematical Engineering.

Strong quantitative skills and applications in insurance; excellent Python; strong Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Good knowledge of Copilot, ChatGPT or other AI tools; proven ability to build effective commercial and project presentations using PowerPoint or similar.

Excellent client-facing interpersonal skills and English proficiency; initiative, team leadership, problem-solving mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail.

Preferred: knowledge of data visualization tools; programming languages for data analysis; actuarial techniques. Nice to Have

Salary range: €46,300 – €69,500 per year, depending on experience and seniority.
