About the Role We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to join Anduril's Test & Evaluation Data Operations. You will own end-to-end data workstreams—from ingestion to dashboards—that turn telemetry, test records, and incident data into consistent, automated views of system performance across the fleet. You will help build the data infrastructure, models, and analytics products used by flight test engineers, managers, and leaders to monitor and improve performance.
What You'll Do
- Own data workstreams end-to-end—from ingestion of source data (JIRA, telemetry, Airtable, Odoo, etc.) through Foundry transforms and ontology modeling to dashboards and tools that consume them
- Build and maintain Foundry pipelines (PySpark transforms), data models, and data quality checks across the data stack
