Role Overview:
Enterprise Risk Analytics at Wise is a critical capability. As we scale, the requirements for data-driven risk management are evolving. We need a talented Analytics Director to build and own our measurement frameworks, infrastructure, and reporting, ensuring audit-ready reporting and shared 1st/2nd line data governance. This role is highly strategic, focused on enabling the business to measure and manage risk across the full spectrum of major fintech risk domains.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the strategy and execution of the Enterprise Risk Analytics roadmap while coaching a high-performing team.
- Standardise risk metric calculation logic, KRIs/KPIs, and attribution logic while implementing sign-off processes to ensure data integrity.
