- Lead and coordinate analytical projects within Development in Basel, ensuring alignment with project milestones and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, AS&T, and others) to drive timely data analysis and reporting.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. What We're Looking For
- Experience in analytical project leadership in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with global teams.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Chemistry, Analytics).
- Knowledge of data analysis, statistics, or laboratory workflows. Nice to Have
- Experience with regulatory submissions or GMP environments.
