About this role

Job title: Analyste qualité aérospatiale – Cartographie des processus et conformité

Description: Capgemini Engineering is seeking an aerospace quality analyst responsible for mapping, documenting, and continuously improving end-to-end quality processes related to First Article Inspection (FAI), MRB, and overall quality and compliance. The role ensures processes are defined, compliant with aerospace standards (AS9100/AS9102), and integrated with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer interfaces.

What You'll Do

  • Map and document processes: develop, maintain, and standardize detailed process maps for FAI, non-conformance management, MRB workflows, and CAPA and continuous improvement processes; translate client quality standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements into clear, usable process flows; ensure inputs, outputs, roles, decision points, controls, and records are defined; align documented processes with shop floor practices in collaboration with operations teams.
  • FAI process support: map the end-to-end FAI process in compliance with AS requirements from planning to customer acceptance; define steps and responsibilities for preparation, review and validation of FAI dossiers; material, part and special process traceability; management of FAI deviations and resubmissions; collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers and quality teams to resolve gaps; ensure processes are well documented and audit-ready.
  • MRB process support: map MRB processes including detection and classification of non-conformities, escalation, review and disposition; approval paths for 'as is', repair, rework, or scrap decisions; ensure MRB processes comply with internal procedures; support MRB committees with structured visibility of processes and evaluation frameworks; map tracking and closure of corrective actions for traceability.
  • Quality and compliance: ensure all quality processes comply with internal standards, procedures, and applicable aerospace regulations; support root cause analysis by identifying failure points and process interfaces; identify process inefficiencies, risks, and compliance gaps; define process performance indicators and support accountability structures; support internal and external audits with accurate, complete, and up-to-date process documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a quality role within an industrial or aerospace environment.
  • Excellent understanding of FAI, MRB, non-conformities, and CAPA and continuous improvement processes.
  • Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100) – a major asset.
  • Ability to create clear, structured process maps and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex quality requirements into practical workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
  • Ability to work in French and English in a professional, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Attention to detail and focus on compliance, traceability, and robustness of processes.

Nice to Have

  • AS9100 knowledge is a major asset.
