About the Role Analyst Data – Customer Insights at Air France KLM Group, joining the Customer & Market Insight (CMI) team to transform customer data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and enhance the experience across Air France, KLM and Transavia.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with internal clients (marketing, customer experience, operations) to understand their challenges and scope analytic solutions.
- Collect, structure and analyze data (customer satisfaction, operations, ticketing) to identify key insights on behaviors, expectations and drivers of satisfaction.
- Design statistical and economic models (drivers of satisfaction, impact on repurchase) and develop predictive models to anticipate trends and customer behavior.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearly and concisely; translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
- Work at the intersection of business, analytics and innovation on strategic projects in an international environment; closely partner with business teams to drive data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education in Engineering school or Master 2 in data, statistics or economics.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis.
- Experience in predictive modeling is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one analytic language: Python, R, SQL or SAS.
- Strong knowledge of databases and data management; solid statistics and modeling skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Business Objects or Spotfire.
- Knowledge of Qualtrics is appreciated.
- Strong interest in customer data and user experience; excellent analytical and synthesis abilities; strong business sense.
- Rigour, organizational skills and autonomy; good interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex topics simply.
- English level C1.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 45 000 - 55 000 € gross fixed annual salary depending on profile.
- Individual variable bonus up to 4.5% of annual fixed salary.
