Analyst / Senior Analyst - SAP Security

About the Role As a SAP Security / GRC Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: having a strong background in SAP Security and GRC Administration. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for working closely with several SAP Process teams and technical teams to understand their requirements and help support issue fixes and incident resolution in SAP On-Premise Application like S/4, GTS and public cloud solutions like BTP, IBP and Ariba. Also, you will be responsible for handling other regular Security activities like role design and fixes , Supporting audit activities, analyzing and supporting Fire Fighter user administration and log reviews, GRC Workflow activities and others under SAP Security / GRC expertise. Develop and implement full suite of SAP GRC products; Implement solutions that meet minimum required design documentation, quality standards, and SOX compliance; Practice excellent written and verbal communication with key stakeholders What You'll Do

• Serve as SAP Security / GRC Subject Matter Expert and collaborate with SAP Process teams and technical teams to understand their requirements and support incident resolution in SAP On-Premise Applications (S/4, GTS) and cloud solutions (BTP, IBP, Ariba).
• Manage security activities including role design and fixes, supporting audit activities, Fire Fighter user administration, log reviews, and GRC Workflow tasks under SAP Security / GRC.
• Develop and implement the full suite of SAP GRC products; ensure designs, quality standards, SOX compliance, and proper documentation; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust SAP Security solutions; participate in SOX/compliance processes as needed.
• Be prepared to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support during weekends/holidays. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security, GRC Administration, and Cloud-based SAP Application Security.
• 2-9 years of experience in SAP GRC 10.x/12.x Access Control and 2-9 years in S/4HANA Security; GRC Implementation experience focusing on Role authorizations.
• Experience with development and implementation of SAP GRC products (at least Access Control and Process Control); exposure to HANA, S4, Fiori, GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of GRC components (Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, User access review, EAM) and SoD.
• Good knowledge of S/4HANA, FIORI, HANA and BTP Security concepts.
• 2-9 years’ hands-on experience creating HANA DB security roles and user setup for developers, modelers, DBAs and end users.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support during weekends/holidays. Nice to Have
• SOX/GRC Control experience and GRC configuration, MSMP and BRF+.
• Life Science (GxP) experience is a plus.
• Experience developing and implementing SAP Security (Fiori, ECC, S/4HANA) and designing SoD rulesets in SAP GRC Access Control.
