Key responsibilities
- Contributes to a high-quality technology solution as evidenced by solution audits and results
- Has a solid understanding and application of file management, ETL and job scheduling concepts
- Has a solid understanding of service offerings and capabilities
- Identifies solution/production improvements and efficiencies to benefit clients and the business
- Identifies risks in a pre-production audit/review
- Understands and implements data loading and QC validation concepts
- Maintains appropriate documentation which may include an Operations runbook, Operations calendar and operations error log
- Participates in/drives post-production post-mortems
