About the Role Join Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) Finance Transformation team as a Momentum Functional Analyst. You will configure Momentum modules to support federal financial management workflows, analyze business capabilities, and support implementations, enhancements, and testing across the system development lifecycle to help clients transform finance operations in the public sector.
What You'll Do
- Configure Momentum modules to support federal financial management workflows and business process requirements.
- Analyze and document business capabilities, functional requirements, and end-to-end workflows across Momentum modules.
- Support Momentum application implementations, enhancements, and upgrades across the system development lifecycle.
- Develop and execute functional test cases, support integration testing and user acceptance testing, and validate business scenarios.
- Review functional designs, configuration changes, and user stories while partnering with developers to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
- Create functional documentation, support access review activities, and assist business users with training materials, process guidance, status reporting, and release support.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for upgrade to SCI access with polygraph
- 2+ years of experience supporting Momentum enterprise resource planning applications in General Ledger, Budget Execution, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Automated Disbursements
- 2+ years of experience supporting federal financial systems or defense financial systems
- Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days per week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Momentum implementation, enhancement, or upgrade activities
- Experience developing and executing functional test cases for integration testing or UAT
- Creating functional design documents or configuration documentation
- Embedding functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Supporting access reviews, role design, or financial control processes
- Collaborating with developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders in a system development lifecycle environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 102,500 - 170,900 yearly
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program
