About the Role Crypto.com's CDNA Market Regulation team is seeking a full-time Analyst to monitor and investigate derivatives market activity, enforce Exchange rules and CFTC requirements, and provide guidance to market participants. You will work across real-time surveillance, post-trade analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to continually improve surveillance workflows. This is a fully remote position open to US-based candidates. What You'll Do
- Perform real-time monitoring of exchange activity, feeds, and safety data to identify potential market abuse (wash trading, spoofing) and ensure fair price discovery.
- Monitor real-time data for margin and position limit compliance; use surveillance tools to flag anomalies and escalate concerns.
- Conduct post-trade reviews and forensic analysis of flagged trades; compile records and draft investigative reports for presentation to the Chief Regulatory Officer; prepare detailed findings and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations (SEC, CFTC, FINRA, etc.) and internal policies; assist in preparing responses to regulatory inquiries and audits.
- Contribute to development and refinement of surveillance protocols and compliance frameworks; support enforcement of KYC/AML procedures and transaction monitoring.
- Work closely with Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to improve surveillance systems and compliance workflows; liaise with external regulators and industry bodies as needed. What We're Looking For

- Experience with real-time market monitoring, trade analysis, and investigations; familiarity with surveillance tools and dashboards is a plus.
- Knowledge of the SEC, CFTC, FINRA regulations and internal policies; ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and deliver high-quality investigative reports. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 per year; equity grant equal to starting base salary.
