Reports To: Manager - Loyalty Management

Division: Marketing

Mission

  • Supports the delivery of loyalty programmes and initiatives that drive subscriber retention and value realization, while measuring performance and business outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Description

  • Support the Loyalty Manager in identifying and activating relevant business adjacencies that strengthen customer retention and sustained spend within the loyalty base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and migrate eligible customers into relevant loyalty propositions.
  • Coordinate the operational execution of approved loyalty reward schemes by monitoring reward disbursement, tracking fulfilment, resolving routine exceptions, and escalating material issues.
  • Extract, validate, transform, and analyze loyalty data to generate accurate reports and actionable programme insights.
  • Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for planned loyalty management activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all loyalty management reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate contract documentation, purchase orders, supplier payments, procurement logistics, and document management activities in accordance with established processes and controls.

Requirements

Education

  • First degree in any related discipline
  • Fluent in English

Experience

  • 3-7 years’ experience which includes

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialisation; with experience working with others

  • Experience working in a medium organization

  • Work experience in customer analytics, loyalty programme reporting, market research, or business insights will be an added advantage.
