About the Role Join Dell's IT Data Center Operations team in Round Rock, TX to support critical data center hardware. You will install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systems, and network equipment, and diagnose hardware, OS, application, and connectivity issues to keep services running. What You'll Do
- Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systems, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs).
- Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation. What We're Looking For
