About the Role
The Analyst, Investment Banking in the Financial Institutions Group will execute a broad range of transactions, prepare client presentations and financial models, and support senior bankers in managing client relationships across the industry sector. You will contribute to the team's success by delivering on individual goals and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
What You'll Do
- Evaluating and analyzing the financial needs of corporate clients
- Creating marketing materials and presentations
- Supporting transaction structuring and execution
- Collaborating with Associates/Associate Directors to support Directors/MDs in managing client relationships
- Coordinating with product groups and GBM industry team
- Developing and maintaining industry relationships with legal counsel, external parties, and clients
- Ensuring all activities comply with governing regulations and internal policies
What We're Looking For
- Experience executing on transactions and preparing client presentations and financial modeling
- Ability to work with Associates/Associate Directors and Directors/MDs to manage client relationships
- Coordination with product groups and industry teams within GBM, and building relationships with external parties and legal counsel
- Commitment to compliance with governing regulations and internal policies
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 120,000.00 - 130,000.00 per year
