As an Analyst II, Casino Analytics, you'll turn data into decisive action that strengthens our operations and fuels smarter decision-making. You'll partner across teams to evaluate workflows, uncover emerging trends, and build reporting infrastructure that keeps our business running at scale. In this role, you'll translate complex analyses into clear insights that shape strategy, improve efficiency, and support high-impact initiatives across evolving products and markets. Your work will drive visibility, scalability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What you'll do

• Serve as a key analytics partner for Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) lifecycle promotions, using data-driven insights to shape strategies that engage, retain, and reactivate players throughout their journey.

• Design and evaluate lifecycle promotional tests, measuring performance, incrementality, and profitability to recommend which offers to expand, optimize, or discontinue.

• Leverage SQL to analyze large, complex datasets, uncovering trends in player behavior, game engagement, and lifetime value to deliver actionable business recommendations.

• Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma to track key lifecycle and promotional performance metrics, while developing self-service reporting tools and automated solutions for stakeholders.

• Partner with the broader Casino Analytics Team to support strategic lifecycle initiatives, including cross-sell opportunities between DraftKings Casino and Golden Nugget Online Gaming.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Relationship Management, Revenue Operations, and Analytics, to identify opportunities to increase player value, strengthen retention, and improve promotional effectiveness.

• What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of analytics or data science experience.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python

• Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing; experience building models is a plus.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for diverse audiences.

• Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to uncover new insights from data.

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is 78,400.00 USD - 98,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
