To support MUFG Jakarta FC in delivering the Bank’s strategic project(s), while also ensuring continuity of day-to-day FC tasks/BAU activities without disruption. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities include: assist in the coordination and execution of project activities; serve as a liaison between different departments/cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and information flow; provide administrative and operational support for project-related activities as required; monitor project progress, track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion; provide support for FC functions to maintain FC BAU activities.
Requirements: Bachelor degree, with FC-AML (especially KYC background, FC-System, IT or Data Governance) background; at least 3 years of experience in the banking financial crime area; proficient in English, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
