Job title: Analyst - Coupa

About the Role The Analyst - Coupa will manage and optimize the Coupa application to meet business requirements, including configuration, master data management, workflow setup, release management, and end-user support. This role is onsite in Pune and supports procurement processes across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Configuration and Master Data: Handle configuration tasks, including maintaining system settings, content groups, enterprise data, company codes, chart of accounts, and tax codes to meet business requirements.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor control reports, analyze data, and assist with creating queries and reports. Ensure system health and performance.
  • User Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights; onboarding and offboarding.
  • Workflow and Process Configuration: Configure requisition, PO, and invoice workflows and tailor to requirements.
  • Release Management: Handle system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts; coordinate with internal teams for seamless transitions.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation for common solutions.
  • Adherence to Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls, security protocols, and best practices in administering Coupa.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Apply project management methodologies in delivery of Coupa initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions; influence and lead stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years’ experience working with Coupa application, including configuration and master data management, workflow configuration, and release management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to document complex processes and generate supporting diagrams.
  • Experience with monitoring, reporting, and data analysis; ability to create and manage queries/reports.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams; ability to initiate actions independently and influence and lead in multiple functional areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated with bias for action.
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and programming; familiarity with Coupa best practices and internal controls.
