About the Role We’re seeking high-caliber graduates and early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience) to join as Analysts in Corporate Finance or Strategic Management Consulting. Appointments will be made across two tracks: Corporate Finance Analysts and Strategic Management Consulting Analysts. All appointments will commence with a two-month internship / probation period, with conversion to a fixed-term analyst contract subject to performance. What You'll Do
- Support corporate finance transactions, restructurings, operating-model design, and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Conduct quantitative analysis, build financial models in Excel, and create client-ready presentations in PowerPoint.
- Assist with strategic management consulting engagements and client communications under senior guidance. What We're Looking For
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years’ experience).
- Undergraduate or honours degree with minimum 70% average.
- Preferred fields of study: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capability; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; clear written and verbal communication; ability to operate in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment.
- Desirable attributes: prior internships or relevant project experience, demonstrated interest in corporate finance and transaction-related work, strong attention to detail, high work ethic, professional maturity suitable for client-facing engagements. Nice to Have
