About the Role Scotiabank's Corporate Finance Advisory team sits at the intersection of banking and capital markets. Our team advises corporate clients on capital structure, financing strategy, and credit positioning, as well as strategic decisions across valuation, M&A, shareholder dynamics, and thematic market and sector trends. We partner across the Global Banking and Markets platform to deliver analytically driven recommendations and differentiated insights that create value for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Support capital structure optimization initiatives for corporate clients
- Conduct credit analysis and assess financing requirements and risk
- Provide valuation insights to inform M&A and strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Global Banking and Markets to deliver client-ready recommendations
- Assist in executing advisory projects across industries
