About the Role As a Clinical Development Analyst, you will help develop inpatient and outpatient coding content and support Solventum's mission to enable better, smarter, safer healthcare. You will work with cross-functional teams to create and validate coding solutions that improve client experience and patient care.
What You'll Do
- Develop Inpatient and Outpatient coding content for Inpatient and Outpatient products
- Code/modify client records to simulate client environment with product use
- Add/validate content with variations in documentation terminology
- Validate/test content for Inpatient and Outpatient products
- Utilize coding background and knowledge to enhance client experience
- Willing to work extra to complete assignments and meet deadlines
- Deal with software concerns/problems using discretion and independent judgement
