About this role
We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our Capital Allocation team.
This team is part of the Fund Management area of Arrow and is focused on ensuring the most appropriate capital allocation decisions are made on behalf of investors. You'll be joining during a period of growth, change and development. We're looking for someone who can raise the bar, has a passion for working with data and can translate that into commercial business insights.
About the role
- Assisting in responses to investor queries surrounding the portfolio and performance, engaging with external stakeholders as necessary
- Supporting in the production and maintenance of data reporting for external investors and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring the performance of fund(s) under management, investigating trends, risk factors, and identifying areas requiring further analysis and risk mitigation
- Monitoring Investment performance and forward-looking investment pipeline, presenting findings and potential risk factors to internal stakeholders
- Assisting in responses to investor queries surrounding the portfolio and performance, engaging with external stakeholders as necessary
- Performing special projects/analysis and supporting in the preparation of business plans, monthly estimations / forecasts
What we're looking for
- Very strong academic background, within a quantitative discipline, e.g. STEM fields(s), Economics, Finance or similar to a high degree.
- Experienced in working with large data sets, identifying and presenting key insights.
- A high degree of attention to detail with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex information from multiple sources.
- Exceptional MS Office Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and capable of using own initiative to drive improvements in business processes.
- SQL experience
