About the Role Northern Trust is seeking an Analyst (0-2 years working experience) in Manila to support frontline processing of routine transactions under supervision. This entry-level role offers opportunities to develop professionally, focusing on timely and accurate processing within established guidelines and issue resolution with guidance.
What You'll Do
- Under direct supervision, handle and process routine transactions for the Business unit.
- Identify and resolve problems within established guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Ensure day-to-day deliverables are met; prepare checklists and submit to the next level daily.
- Handle resolution of issue highlights and escalate to supervisors/experts.
- Track trends within daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) and collaborate with supervisors to enhance processes.
- Identify and resolve problems; use some initiative but refer more complex issues to supervisors/experts.
- Work effectively as a team member and independently.
- Develop proficiency across areas of the job.
- Run and create formal reports; create and execute function-specific reports.
- Follow incident/regulatory breach reporting procedures with rigor.
What We're Looking For
- A College or University degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS-Excel
