Job title: Analog IC Design Intern - Master's Degree
About the Role As an Analog IC Design Intern, you will contribute to the design, verification, and evaluation of SerDes circuits in high-speed data communication ICs. You will work with the Central Engineering AMS-IP team on SerDes PHY and other Analog Mixed-Signal IPs to support Marvell products.
What You'll Do
- High-speed and high-performance Analog SerDes development in advanced technology nodes, 5nm, 3nm and beyond.
- Participate in SerDes design verification across different applications and PVT.
- Provide instructions to the layout engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a MS/PhD degree in CS/EE or related technical fields.
- Good personal communication skills and team spirit.
- Hardworking and motivated to be part of a highly competent design team.
- Familiar with CAD tools for simulations and layouts.
- Proficient in one of the following skills:
- Fundamental analog circuit design (Opamp, regulator, Bandgap, ADC, DAC)
- High speed SERDES design (CTLE, Driver, Demux, MUX)
- High frequency clock design (PLL, Clock delivery)
