Responsibilities

Bring state of the art products and IP to market.

Provide guidance and oversee architecture, design and verification, systems, algorithms, etc. to meet product requirements.

Interface with System, Digital, RF, DV, Firmware engineers and module design teams to create detailed specifications, report design progress, and to collect, track, and resolve any performance and circuit design issues.

Participate in roadmap and product definition while balancing innovation and risk to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.

Facilitate and lead detailed technical discussions with different customers to define architectures, drive rapid feasibility studies, and support system studies.

Your role
-
Perform or lead all aspects of the implementation, including architecture, modeling, design, simulation and characterization, of analog/mixed-signal IP and systems to be included on sub-45nm CMOS SOCs.

Lead and mentor other designers

Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to optimize analog and RF block specifications to meet system requirements for performance, power, and features.

Develop novel approaches to enhance performance and/or solve issues.

Model, design, and simulate blocks; develop pre- and post-silicon verification suites.

Work with layout engineers to guide and optimize final solution.

Plan and perform post-silicon characterization, troubleshoot issues, and document results

Work with test engineers to develop efficient manufacturing test solutions.

Required Experience and Skills

12+ years (MSEE), or 10+ years (PhD) of relevant industry experience

Expertise in developing state-of-the-art Analog and Mixed signal circuits for complex SOC platforms in cutting-edge processes
