What will you be doing here?

Responsible for mapping, structuring and optimizing corporate processes, acting as an agent of organizational transformation. Connect strategy and operation, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives that increase efficiency, scalability and operational maturity of the company — with growing focus on intelligent adoption of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Knowledge and experience needed:

• Organizational Health and Structure: support organizational redesign projects, including structures, authorities, roles and responsibilities. Analyze and design operating models and organograms, monitoring critical indicators such as span of control and layers.
• Map, document and analyze end-to-end processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), identifying bottlenecks, redundancies and automation opportunities.
• Conduct operational maturity assessments and propose structured evolution plans.
• Act as a facilitator in identifying use cases for process automation (generative AI, intelligent workflows).
• Disseminate a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation within the organization.

What we are looking for:

• Technical Knowledge: conceptual and practical mastery of Organization and Processes theories and principles (design of organizational structures, analysis of span and layers, process mapping).
• Analytical Vision and Complexity: proven ability to tackle complex problems, developing solutions and strategies.
• Communication and Articulation: ability to translate and adapt technical and process knowledge into clear information, engaging stakeholders to ensure project execution. Disseminate culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation.
• Focus on Measurable Results: results-oriented profile, able to provide precise inputs and work with other areas to ensure final results are achieved.
