Job title: Analista Senior de Desarrollo de Negocios y M&A - FERREYCORP
We are seeking a Senior Business Development and M&A Analyst for Ferreycorp, focused on identifying growth opportunities, evaluating mergers and acquisitions, and supporting execution of strategic initiatives in the region. The role reports to corporate development leadership and requires analytical focus, financial skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Analyze business development opportunities and growth strategies for Ferreycorp.

Evaluate M&A opportunities, perform due diligence and financial modeling.

Prepare materials for senior management and support execution of transactions.

Collaborate with finance, operations, legal and sales teams to coordinate projects.

Monitor performance of initiatives and report results and risks.

University degree in finance, economics, business administration or engineering; master's preferred.

Experiencia mínima en desarrollo de negocios y/o M&A; experiencia en mercados latinoamericanos.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, valuation, due diligence; proficiency in Excel and analysis tools.

Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus.

Ability to work in a team, manage projects and deliver results.

Experience in Ferreycorp or the distribution/services sector.
