About the Role We are seeking a Senior Analyst of Business Development and M&A at Ferreycorp to help identify growth opportunities, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support M&A activities from our Lima, Peru office. This role focuses on partnering with business units to drive value and execute growth strategies. What You'll Do
- Analyze market trends and business opportunities to support Ferreycorp's growth agenda.
- Assist in the evaluation, modeling, due diligence, and integration planning for potential M&A opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies and strategic partnerships. What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development, strategic planning, corporate development, or M&A.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
- Based in Lima, Peru, or willing to relocate. Nice to Have
- Experience in heavy equipment, distribution, or related sectors.
